The liquid filler's stainless steel body protects it against corrosion, thereby ensuring a long-life. The option of 'waiting time' allows the user to decide the waiting period, say 5 seconds, between each filling so as to ensure zero wastage of the product. Made of anti-dripping design, our machine self-sucks the liquid. So no need to worry! After adjusting the settings on the digital panel like filling time, waiting time, filling speed and controller, place the bottles under the nozzle to get them filled with the liquid.
Extremely economical in price and compact in size, it consumes less table space for filling liquids for various sectors, including pharma, FMCG, perfume filling and R&D labs. Structure: The Machine is made in Mild Steel that is powder coated to prevent any atmospheric wear and tear for a longer time. There is a Web sealer with conveyor, shrink tunnel and a cooling chamber that is integrated to create a perfect finish. Conveyor speed is variable and the heat tunnel size is 42L*22W*16H INCH.
Working: 1. The Bottles are placed on the conveyor that are pushed in the Web Sealer up to the number of bottles set to create a bundle.                2. The Web sealer creates a wrapping of the plastic film trapping the product in the film                3. Further it pushes the product in the shrink chamber that heat shrinks the wrapping.                4. This creates a bundle and give a professional finish to the product.                5. The product than moves forward to the cooling chamber to cool down and you get your perfect finished package.

Working:Using piston block-based method, the material can be sucked from the hopper in the syringe. Even the Rotary Valve Piston Filler is able to suck directly from a source tank through pipes. With regard to its working, in the first stage, the rotary valve is fed with the material from the hopper due to the movement of T-shaped cylinder/syringe. Then the valve takes a flip of 90 degrees and connects the syringe/cylinder with the nozzle for proper dispensing of material, disconnecting itself from the hopper.
