Working: 1. Automatic Auger Rotary Cup Sealing Machine have multi Stations first the containers a fed in the stacker that is customized as per the containers.                2. Just below the stacker is a dispensing system that dispenses the container.                3. The next station is for filling the product in the container.                4. Moving forward to the foil placement system where a vacuum hand places the foil over the container.                5. Once the foil is place the rotary plate moves the container to a sensor that detects if the foil is there or not.                6. The containers moves to sealing station.                7. The containers are sealed at the sealing station.               8. The containers moves to ejection system to get removed from the holder.
This Machine can give large scale production. Also you can add a batch coding system to print mrp, date, LOT numbers, etc.

Working:The operator has to manually place the cap onto the bottle. Then, the bottle would be place at the machine's base plate. Once the machine starts its operation, the precisely engineered sealing head starts rotating.
It is to be noted that the pedal is pressed to move the bottle in the direction of rotating head to get the cap properly sealed. The entire process roughly takes 50-60 seconds.

The labor needs to place cap on the bottle and place the bottle exactly below the sealing head to secure the caps tightly.                 6. Even due its 4 roller mechanism caps of different shapes also work in this machine like flip top screw caps, long spout pouch caps, etc.
