Working: Tin Lids are placed on the containers and moving forward the stopper stops the individual container exactly below the sealing head which seals the lid onto the container, once sealed the stopper moves back for the container to pass on the next station. 
The Machine is Automatic which can be customized in height and size so that it can be attached with other Automatic Machines to complete your production line

Next Packaging Machinery's Semi Auto Tin Can Sealer Machine Premium Model is a user friendly machine for sealing tin lids on the cans or containers generally used in industries like Food Processing, beverages, etc. This machine is a stainless steel make. The Productivity is 10 cans/min and the range of the size of the container that can be customized is from 35-100mm.
Working: Manually place the lids on the container, then place the container on the platform where the sealing head is exactly above once the container is placed a footswitch is pressed which runs the machine and seals the container perfectly.
